Flykast-M

Flykast-M Tablet is a combination anti-allergic medication. It is used for the treatment and prevention of allergic conditions. These include allergic rhinitis, sneezing, runny or blocked nose and watery eyes. The tablet contains Levocetirizine which is an antihistamine. It also has Montelukast, which is a leukotriene receptor antagonist. Both of these act in unison to give relief from allergies and inflammation in the airways.

Composition: Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride 5mg + Montelukast 10mg Tablet

How It Works

Levocetirizine actually blocks histamine which is a chemical. It is responsible for allergic symptoms like sneezing, itching and runny nose.

Montelukast blocks leukotrienes. This causes inflammation and swelling in the airways.
