Telmosis-AMH – This medication is a combination of three medications: Telmisartan + Amlodipine + Hydrochlorothiazide + 5mg. For the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) in patients whose blood pressure cannot be effectively managed with monotherapy (single-drug therapy), telmisartan 40 mg + amlodipine 5 mg + hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg tablets are recommended. Patients with hypertension may also be prescribed it to lower their risk of cardiovascular events.
